Unless otherwise mentioned in the context, the editorial elements that make it up (images, texts, videos, logos, downloadable content) are the property of the FMJH or of third parties who authorize the FMJH to use them.

Data processing
The FMJH collects, stores and processes data in accordance with the legal provisions, and in particular the Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR") and more broadly with all legal provisions in force.
The access to the information recorded in the databases of the FMJH is strictly reserved to the FMJH, to its various committees and subcontractors. The FMJH formally undertakes not to sell or rent to anyone for any reason whatsoever the personal information collected.
The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes (and in particular for a period of three years calculated from the last consent collected).
